Our friends and families would like to share their comments on working with Loving Touches Memorial Services:

Debbie was unbelievable. She took all the pressure, stress and work of Hank’s memorial service off of the family so we could deal with our loss. The memorial service was an amazing celebration of Hank’s life. Everyone in attendance commented on how beautiful the entire service was, how beautiful the flowers were and how good the food was. The celebrant that Debbie works with was outstanding as well and everyone said it appeared that she knew Hank personally even though she had never met him.

Debbie met with us and the service was held four days later. In that time she arranged for the celebrant; facilities; food; printing a memorial service program; framing photos for the service; preparing the Remembrance and Celebration of Life DVD with a photo slideshow accompanied by appropriate music; and the Evanston police honor guard. Debbie set everything up at the facility and then dropped off all the flowers and center pieces at Bette’s assisted living facility for their use in their dining room. All the family had to do was to meet with Debbie for two hours and the Celebrant for two hours to tell them about Hank’s life and then provide Debbie with pictures of Hank, his family and friends throughout his life.

This was a lifesaver in our time of need. When we arrived in Chicago we didn’t know where to begin planning for Hank’s funeral or that there was anyone who could help us through the process. Luckily our son met Debbie at a networking meeting. We couldn’t have done this without her. She truly cares about making the memorial service an event that family and friends will always remember. We would highly recommend her to anyone who has lost a loved one. She’ll not only make their life easier throughout this process during a difficult time, she’ll provide the family and friends with a lasting memory.

Thank you so much for helping us to get my Mother-in-law’s DVD done last week! The DVD was truly a celebration of her life! You created a great balance of dramatic music and upbeat tunes to accompany our photographs, and the presentation was lovely.

The family did not know how to proceed…They were pleasantly surprised and so deeply appreciative at how such a sad event could be turned into a wonderful memorial evening filled with laughter and stories.

The personalize video and music seem to touch everyone in the room along with the photo display which in turn brought back so many good memories we all shared. The program included a beautiful photo of Fran and on the back was her “tried and true” famous carrot cake recipe…
